Installation / Configuration: A technical support engeener is able to install Artica for you. This include settings, and tuning your server remotely.
You give access to your server with a pre-installed supported Linux distribution in order to implement Artica on your server.
This service allowing using one support ticket.

Support Ticket: Allow you to call our support team and receive HotFix or solution in maximal 2 days.
You have access to a dedicated tracker system in order to get professional history solutions

Support Contract: Provide unlimited access to our tracker system and provide access to call our support team (9:00 AM to 06:00 PM GMT+1) for one year

Premium support: (only for french companies around Paris) include full technical  support and periodic technical visits in order to maintain servers.

Prices did not include commercial softwares managed by Artica such has Kaspersky or Zarafa server or proprietary urls blacklist database).
